Poetry ~ Cabbage After Christmas

This is the recipe mentioned some months back, in a “10 Things of Thankful” post.  It is tried and truly a wonderful cake, most delish!  It’s simple to make, very moist–and so good it doesn’t need frosting (just sift powdered sugar on top to make it look pretty)!  Here’s the link–hope you enjoy!!
